Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains BrandYatra's general approach to project cancellation, refunds, completed work, third-party costs and service-specific commercial terms.

1. Scope of This Policy

1This policy applies as a general website policy for BrandYatra services.

2The specific proposal, invoice, subscription terms or written project agreement may contain service-specific payment and cancellation conditions that take priority.

2. Before Work Begins

1If a project is cancelled before substantive work begins, BrandYatra may review whether any payment is eligible for refund after deducting committed third-party costs, administrative work or other agreed charges.

2Eligibility depends on the actual scope, payment stage and written commercial terms.

3. After Work Has Started

1Payments relating to completed milestones, delivered work, reserved resources, strategy, design, development, setup or management already performed are generally not refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed project terms.

2If only part of the scope has been completed, any adjustment will be assessed against actual work performed and commitments already made.

4. Third-party Charges

1Domain registration, hosting, advertising spend, payment gateway charges, paid plugins, licenses, SaaS tools, stock assets, API fees and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable by BrandYatra once purchased or committed.

2Any refund offered directly by a third-party provider is governed by that provider’s policy.

5. Advertising and Marketing Services

1Advertising media spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms is separate from BrandYatra management fees.

2Management, setup, strategy or creative work already performed is not converted into a performance guarantee or automatic refund if campaign outcomes differ from expectations.

6. Subscription or Recurring Services

1For recurring services, cancellation should be requested before the next billing or service period where the applicable agreement permits cancellation.

2Work already delivered during an active service period remains billable according to the agreed terms.

7. How to Request Cancellation

1Send a written cancellation request with your name, business name, project or invoice reference and reason for cancellation.

2BrandYatra may request additional information to verify the account or determine the work completed.

8. Approved Refunds

1Where a refund is approved, the amount and payment method will depend on the original transaction, deductions and applicable provider processes.

2Banking, gateway or third-party processing time may be outside BrandYatra's direct control.

9. Disputes and Corrections

1If you believe an invoice or payment is incorrect, contact BrandYatra promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

2Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
