4. Payments and Third-party Costs
1Payment schedules, milestones, taxes and due dates are governed by the applicable proposal or invoice.
2Advertising spend, hosting, domains, gateways, plugins, subscriptions, APIs, shipping providers and other third-party charges are separate unless explicitly included.
3Third-party providers may change prices, policies or availability independently of BrandYatra.
5. Project Timelines
1Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope, timely feedback and availability of required information.
2External platform review, account approval, hosting incidents, API changes or other dependencies may affect delivery.
6. Intellectual Property and Ownership
1Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are governed by the agreed proposal and payment status.
2Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, frameworks, stock assets and licensed components remain subject to their own licenses.
3BrandYatra's pre-existing tools, reusable code, know-how and internal methods remain subject to their applicable rights unless expressly transferred.
7. Marketing and Performance
1Advertising, SEO and growth services do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, ROAS, revenue or other fixed outcomes.
2Results can be affected by competition, market demand, budget, offer, website quality, platform policies and the client’s sales process.
8. Account Access and Security
1Clients should maintain control of important business accounts and use secure access practices.
2Credentials shared for project work should be limited to what is reasonably necessary and updated when appropriate.
9. Suspension or Termination
1Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment, unlawful activity, abuse, serious policy violations or material breach of agreed terms.
2Termination does not automatically cancel amounts already due or third-party costs already incurred.
10. Limitation of Liability
1To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrandYatra is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party platforms or services beyond BrandYatra's reasonable control.
